Referral Rewards Program
Terms and Conditions.

Definitions.

Refering Participant.
An individual that submits a business referral via Referral Rewards Program.

Referred Business.
The business entity that has been referred by a Referring Participant.

Reward.
The compensation issued to a Referring Participant upon fulfillment of the Terms herein.

Eligibility and Participation.

Participants are required to submit necessary identification and referral information through the prescribed forms provided by Capitalize Funding. Participation in the Program shall be limited to any individuals meeting the following criteria, as determined by Capitalize Funding in its sole discretion.

Eligible Referring Participants must:

Be a legal resident of the United States or Puerto Rico, aged eighteen (18) years or older.

Have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Be in good financial standing, if Referring Participant is an existing customer of Capitalize Funding.

Referred Businesses must be a legally registered business entity in the United States, and have not previously engaged in a financing relationship with Capitalize Funding.

Conditions for Reward.

The issuance of Rewards is contingent upon the Referred Business securing financing from Capitalize Funding under terms consistent with standard underwriting criteria:

Rewards are dispensed only after the Referred Business have been approved and have accepted and received the designated financing.

Rewards are distributed to the Referring Participant within sixty (60) days of funding disbursement to the Referred Business, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Program Restrictions.

The referral program is not open to commercial entities, sales brokers, or any party involved in business financing consultancy, including but not limited to Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Sales Representatives. Referrals of businesses in which the Referring Participant has an ownership interest are strictly prohibited.

Taxation and Legal Compliance.

Referral Rewards Program's rewards are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Capitalize Funding is not a law firm and is not responsible for Referring Participants tax payments. Referring Participants must submit a W-9 to Capitalize Funding prior to the issuance of any Reward.

Ethical Conduct and Compliance.

All Participants are required to adhere to prevailing anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. All referrals should only be submitted for legitimate, bona fide businesses. Capitalize Funding reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be engaging deception.

Indemnification.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capitalize Funding and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to their participation in the program.

Acceptance.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
