1. Definitions
- "Referring Participant" refers to an individual who submits a referral via the Capitalize Funding referral program.
- "Referred Business” refers to a business entity recommended by a Referring Participant.
- “Reward” refers to the compensation issued to a Referring Participant, payable as an eGift Card upon fulfillment of the terms herein.
2. Eligibility and Participation
- Eligible participants must be legal residents of the United States or Puerto Rico, aged eighteen (18) years or older.
- Participants are required to submit necessary identification and referral information through the prescribed forms provided by Capitalize Funding.
- To qualify for participation, existing customers of Capitalize Funding must be in good financial standing.
- A business qualifies as a “new client” under these Terms if it has not previously engaged in a financing relationship with Capitalize Funding.
3: Conditions for Reward
- The issuance of Rewards is contingent upon the Referred Business securing financing from Capitalize Funding under terms consistent with standard underwriting criteria.
- Rewards are dispensed only after the Referred Business has accepted and received the designated financing.
- Rewards are distributed to the Referring Participant within sixty (60) days of funding disbursement to the Referred Business, subject to compliance with these Terms.
4: Program Restrictions
- The referral program is not open to commercial entities, sales brokers, or any party involved in business financing consultancy, including but not limited to Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Sales Representatives.
- Referrals of businesses in which the Referring Participant has an ownership interest are strictly prohibited.
5. Taxation and Legal Compliance
- Rewards are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Referring Participants must submit a Form W-9 to Capitalize Funding prior to the issuance of any Reward.
6. Ethical Conduct and Compliance
- All Participants are required to adhere to prevailing anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
- Referrals must only be submitted for legitimate, bona fide businesses.
- Capitalize Funding reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.
7. Indemnification
- Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capitalize Funding and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to their participation in the program.
8. Modifications and Termination
- Capitalize Funding retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Participants are advised to review these Terms and Conditions regularly as they are subject to modification and may be amended or updated by Capitalize Funding at its discretion. Continued participation in the referral program following any modification constitutes binding acceptance of such changes.

No, you cannot refer your own business. Participants cannot have an ownership stake in the business they refer.
There are no limits! You can earn a reward for each successful referral, with no cap on the number of businesses you can refer.
Rewards are issued as eGift cards and sent via email. You will receive your eGift card within 45-days after the referred business receives their funding.
